Acceptance
By using Justified ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Service Description
Justified provides software tools for generating structured Medicare appeal documentation. The Service assists clinical and administrative staff in drafting appeal letters but does not provide legal or medical advice.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of clinical information entered into the platform
- All generated appeals must be reviewed by qualified staff before submission
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations in your jurisdiction
- You must maintain appropriate credentials and authorization to submit Medicare appeals
No Medical or Legal Advice
Justified is a documentation tool. Output generated by the Service does not constitute medical advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of appeal outcome. Clinical judgment and human review are required before any appeal is submitted.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service and all appeal documents generated. Justified claims no ownership over your content.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance.
Limitation of Liability
Justified's liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for appeal outcomes, regulatory penalties, or indirect damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days, after which it will be securely deleted.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.
